Our Team.
Brian Schroeder is the founder and Principal of Kleinbrook Consulting. He is a commercial real estate financial modeling specialist with deep experience building complex, institutional-quality Excel models for sponsors and developers across the United States and internationally.
Brian began his career focused on advanced real estate financial modeling and underwriting, including formal training through A.CRE. He launched Kleinbrook Consulting as a solo practice and has grown the firm into a six-figure advisory business serving a national client base.
Brian works directly on client engagements, leading model design, underwriting, and final quality control. His expertise includes ground-up development modeling, acquisitions and dispositions, refinancing analysis, multi-tier equity waterfalls, joint venture structures, LIHTC modeling, and lender- and investor-ready financial exhibits.
Kleinbrook’s reputation has been built on technical rigor, responsiveness, and clarity. As the firm continues to scale, Brian remains closely involved in maintaining modeling standards and deliverable quality.
